Shipping Policy

  • All our products are in stock and ready to ship. Estimated delivery times from the Netherlands:

    • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
    • Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg: 2–4 business days
    • Western Europe (France, Austria, Italy, Spain, etc.): 3–6 business days
    • Eastern Europe and remaining EU countries: 5–10 business days

  • If we are unable to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we will notify you within 24 hours.

  • All orders are shipped with a Track & Trace code so you can follow your order every step of the way.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn and has the original price tag attached. Please contact us at return@olachika.com to initiate a return.
