Track your Olachika order quickly and easily. As soon as your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (if available).


Track your shipment

1) Open your shipping confirmation email
2) Click the tracking link or copy your tracking number
3) Follow the updates provided by the carrier

Tip: Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.


I didn’t receive a tracking email — what should I do?

  • Please check your spam/junk folder
  • Make sure the email address used at checkout is correct
  • If your order was placed very recently, it may not have shipped yet

My tracking hasn’t updated

Sometimes carriers need a little time to scan parcels. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 48 hours, please email info@olachika.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Your full name
  • Shipping address

Delivered, but not received?

If your tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received your parcel:

  1. Check with neighbors / reception / safe place delivery
  2. Check if the carrier left a note or photo
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at info@olachika.com so we can investigate.
