Our Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
✅ Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received — unworn or unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
📦 How to Start a Return
Contact us at return@olachika.com to request a return. If accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

⚠️ Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
🇪🇺 European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
💳 Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at return@olachika.com.
